Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Acceptance

By registering an account, listing a website, or ordering a guest post on GuestPostMP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the marketplace.

2. Seller Accounts & Listings

Sellers represent and warrant that all domain ownership details and metrics provided during submission are accurate. Any artificial manipulation of traffic metrics, authority scores, or spam indicators will result in the immediate removal of the listing and account suspension.

All submissions must pass our review process before appearing in the public directory. Admins reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify listing details to protect inventory quality.

3. Purchase and Delivery Agreements

When a buyer purchases a guest post placement, the transaction represents a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller. Sellers are expected to publish guest posts within 48 hours of article submission and maintain the backlinks active and crawlable indefinitely.

4. Refund and Dispute Policies

If a guest post placement is deleted, set to no-follow, or modified in a way that alters the agreed backlinks, the buyer is entitled to raise a dispute. We will investigate the issue and coordinate resolution or account suspension as needed.

5. Content Restrictions

All users must respect our Content Guidelines. We strictly prohibit any text or website promotion related to illegal products, pornography, adult materials, casino, slots, gambling, sports betting, or academic fraud.
